Didn't make us Happy
We were recommended by the Premier Inn in Nantwich tot his company and I pre-booked for 9 people in October 2013 for Sat 2nd Nov. We reserved a mini bus for 7 and a car. I telephoned on the thursday night 31 Oct to be told our booking is still o.k. but the minibus was in for MOT but not to worry as they will send 3 cars. I missed a call from them at 7pm on the Sat night as I had the phone switched off but I noticed at 7.30pm I'd missed their call I phoned them and spoke to the lady answering the phone to re-confirm we still needed picking up at 12.30am. Well 12.30 am came and went and by 12.45am we are phoning Happy Taxis to find out whats happened but the line was constantly busy right upto 2am by which time we had found another taxi company and this is the time we got back to the Premier Inn a 5 minute ride from the Rookery Hall Hotel. Not at all Happy with Happy Taxi's. Phoned Happy Taxis on Monday when I spoke to a gentleman who said they were there at 12.30 am but at the main reception and they waited 10 mins this is not true as my husband went to the main reception and they were not there and the Security man at the Rookery Hall also confirmed there was certainly no Taxi's waiting let alone 3 taxis as he would not have missed that. TAKE IT FROM ME DON'T USE HAPPY TAXI'S UNLESS LIKE US YOU WANT TO BE LEFT STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING.
