my mother waited for over three months for the delivery of a new bed.it was supposed to be delivered on the 17th of feb but it arrived the 18th at 8am and they justdropped the boxes of and got her to sign the delivery sheet..we have struggled for over four hours to put it up only to realize that it was supposed to have been erected by your delivery guys..i rang to complain but was waiting on the line for ten minutes finall got through and was cut off..i find this unsatisfactor to expect a pensioner to be able to put this bed together.ref number ma151155208
