Pilates - at its Best!

The Newbury Clinic - in association with 'Harris Pilates' ; has a fully equipped Pilates studio which includes all the classic apparatus such as Reformers, The Barrel, The Chair, Core-Align and the Cadillac.

Studio Pilates can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced participants and tailored for specific sports and activities. Its aim is to enable you to move with improved range, strength and control and therefore is an excellent way to complement your other fitness activities or to practice on its own. Our instructors objectives are to give you a mind and body workout.

Studio sessions are offered as 1:1's or for groups of up to 3 people.
