Awful customer care
Bought 6 IPL sessions with the clinic through Groupon and treatment got cancelled without any explanation when my 3rd session was due. The clinic had no sense of customer care and decency of contacting customers in advance to discuss just canceled the treatment, left customers without treatment and blamed Groupon for overselling their vouchers! (That's plain stupidity since deal was bought in October and my 3rd session was due in earlly April! How come they only noticed the problem 6 months after the deal was on? ) Do yourself a favour and don't touch them even with a barge pole.

oh my life where do i start.!!! after being a child of the seventies and believing brown is better and using pure baby oil as my protection(yes really) and then smoking 40 cigs and putting them out in the sand i was in desperate need of some plumping and de-wrinkling. After all the press and horror stories in the media how do you go about finding somebody reputable. Then i heard about Diane. Being an ex-nurse of 25yrs she has compassion and the personality to match i had a long and detailed consultation of what was needed because i was unsure i was sent home to think about it told i could go back any time for a chat and put under no pressure to schedule an appointment. After going back and having another chat i did book for fillers and botox. On the day of my appointment i turned up nervous and with sweaty palms i needn't have worried. While sat having my coffee i had a dental block which is some form of numbing cream. When i actually started my treatment Diane asked me if i was ok and did it hurt, I wasn't aware that she had even started. So here i am 10yrs younger and believe me working in an environment of 10yr old five stone skinnys i feel i can hold my own a bit more. Working in the fashion industry is harsh so thanks to Diane and all the delicious products (that do work) my confidence is coming back and with all the procedures they offer at the clinic the future doesn't look so bleak. If you are looking for somewhere to go just pop in for a coffee and a chat the girls are fab.
