International Trainer

Havard Quality Solutions has provided training to companies both inside and outside the UK. These training have been on ISO 9001 Awareness, ISO 17025 Awareness, Estimating Measurement of Uncertainty, Internal Auditing.

ISO-compliant Systems

Havard Quality Solutions has a 100% first-pass success rate with the implementation projects that have undertaken. The overall process is project-managed by Havard Quality Solutions and begins with a gap analysis which will generate the necessary corrective actions required to bring the company's current management system in line with the requirements of the standard; at this point Havard Quality Solutions Ltd work with the client to ensure all corrective actions are effectively actioned. Once comfortable that the management system is compliant with the required standard Havard Quality Solutions Ltd help to source quotations from the certifying bodies and accompany the client throughout the assessments to provide help and advice. the implementation project concludes on the client being recommended for certification.

Internal Auditing

Havard Quality Solutions Ltd provide an internal auditing service to their clients. This service includes development of the annual audit plan, implementation of the audits, generation of the audit report, recording of any non-compliances and follow-up.

GMP: Excipient Auditing

As an experienced GMP auditor working Havard Quality Solutions Ltd offers a service whereby we will perform a gap analysis against the required standard (Joint IPEC-PQG GMP Excipient Guidelines, or 9001 Exipact) which the client can then provide its customers in lieu of them coming into audit.
Audits cost a company money, the more customers wishing to audit a supplier then the greater the cost to that supplier. By Havard Quality Solutions Ltd providing an independent gap analysis report that can be given to the suppliers customers we are helping to save the company money and improve their systems.
