Tasteless, greasy & raw & painfully slow service!

This meal was part of a birthday present to my son, so it was very disappointing: Waited over half an hour for starters! Waited a further 50 mins for mains! Couple on the next table waited 40 mins for starters, gave up & left! I complained about the long wait & the waiter said "the kitchen staff are stressed & in meltdown, they can't cope today" When the food eventually arrived the doner was in little scraps & saturated in oil sitting on a soggy, greasy piece of flatbread! The Adana was cooked on the ends & raw in the middle! To be fair apart from the meat the rest of the food was ok! Great chips! There were a lot of staff running round but maybe the demand was too much to cope with on a bank holiday Monday! The service & quality of food needs to be addressed by the Manager at busy times! The waiter asked if we enjoyed the meal and I said "no" & he replied "sorry" & picked up my £45 & walked off!
