Difference of what's black and what's blonde
Arriving with highlighted blonde hair, i left with black hair and was told it was actually dark blonde and suited me better when I said it was nothing like the picture we had spent 40 mins discussing and looked very severe/didn't suit me! Also got charged £55 for a couple of mm's off the ends of my hair. Would not trust this salon as professionalism/integrity is clearly not prevalent.

Great Hairdressers
Found that my old hairdresser from Nikita has joined Headquarters. Her name is Monica, she is excellent. If you want a great haircut and some pampering, this is a good place and Monica is worth booking with.
