Welcome
Susan has been working as a healing shiatsu practitioner for the last 20 years and one of her main interests is in supporting clients to maintain /regain their health and well being ,health not being about never getting out of balance but more about how long does it take to regain ones equilibrium .We may look at many areas of a clients life including job ,relationships with others and themselves ,diet ,sleep,exercise,leisure,energy levels, and current emotional ,physical and spiritual well being.
About
Susan's background she has a medical training as a nurse and health visitor ,counselling ,food energetics , meditation ,energy medicine,healing in addition to her shiatsu training .Susan brings all of these skills together as appropriate for each client.She is passionate about natural birth and works with women and their babies during pregnancy child birth and postnatally to support the well being of mother and baby..She is very happy to work in any area that touches people in their lives and have wide experience with general life issues ie demands of family life on busy parents, stress and its many guises ,drug and alcohol dependency,emotional ,physical and sexual abuse, and food issues.The magic of touch enables one to view issues from another perspective ,giving us well deserved moments to deeply reconnect with ourselves.Susan welcomes enquiries to discuss individual requirements so that you may decide if shiatsu is for you .
Sessions
Session last for 50 minutes clients remain fully clothed (wearing ideally yoga legging or similar easy to move in clothing) cost 40 pounds per session recommend min 4 sessions for optimal results Discount of 5 pounds on each 4 session paid in advance.Also Susan works with individuals on retreat basis of one to one arranged according to clients requirements .
