HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SPORTS PHYSIO
I tore my ACL in September 2009 during a rugby game. I was referred for an MRI through the NHS and eventually had a knee reconstruction in March 2010. Before and after the operation the whole team at Health and Sports Physiotherapy supported my recovery and rehabilitation. Had it not been for Health and Sports then my rehabilitation would unfortunately be a much slower process as I am still waiting for the NHS knee class. I have followed the ACL rehabilitation programme as advised by Dan and his team which has helped me improve week on week and I have now progressed from stretching and closed chain strengthening work to more advanced gym work and onto running. I would definitely recommend the fantastic service that Health and Sports Physiotherapy provide.

The best
I have been looking many years to find a good sports physiotherapist. The best physio treatment I received was with the NHS who not just treat the injury but successfully identify the cause. Luckily, I found Health and Sports Phisiotherapy. All the team have NHS experience. Helen took the initial consultation, identified my problem as a tight Soleus (Calf) muscle and Dan then followed that with massage treatment. Health and Sports Physiotherapy gave me excellent advice on stretching, warmup etc and suggested I find a Podiatrist to address the cause. They also use acupuncture and have Ultrasound –not all private Physio's have such equipment Health and Sports Physiotherapy are a top team of Professionals with a good blend of skills and experience who got me back on the road running, as soon as possible.
