Heat Source of Uppingham
Professional in every aspect. After 32 years of a coal fire we have adapted to the new wood burning stove fitted but the professionals at heat source. An excellent firm. I think it would be difficult to find a firm that knows more about their subject and cares even more. Excellent from survey to fitment and after sales workshop.

Thank you... We just wanted to thank everybody at heatsource for all their hardwork in re-creating our Lounge! A Big thank you to all at Heatsource
A really BIG thank you to all at heatsource! After considering having a wood burner installed in our property, we visited heatsource and were impressed by their depth of knowledge regarding wood burning and everything associated. Their showroom staff were so helpful in finding us an appliance that suited us, demonstrating them all and advising us the differences and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. After their advice, we decided to have a survey carried out to ensure that we could have what we wanted and it was all possible. Now it's installed, we love our stove and thanks to the training provided by heatsource - we can now use it to its full potential. Who would of thought that setting fire to something could be so technical? We're now set for whatever global warming can throw at us... A huge thank you to the alterations and installation teams - fantastic job!! I just wish all the works we have done could be to their standards.

Very Poor Service
Following a fire in our chimney five days after our wood burning stove and new steel liner was insatllled, the proprietor Mr Nathan Whelham, has declined to put matters right despite fully proved evidence from the fire brigade. From seeking the advice from Hetas it was recommended that the creosote was not removed properly. The steel liner is also loses it's 25 year guarantee due to it being in contact with the creosote. He has caused us considerable stress and inconvenience. We should have done some more research before using this man. Do not be taken in by his fancy showroom.
