Awful! Over charges! Can cut! Can't wash hair!

I had hair extensions put in by this salon before Christmas at a cost of £450. I was told it would never cost that again unless I had a another full head of hair extension fitted again and that if I kept up the maintenance I won't ever need to have a full head of hair install. I went back for for maintenance work twice at a cost of £60 - £80 and was pleased with the work, on the 3rd appointment for maintenance at the end of 27th March 2015 after she had finished I asked how much do I owe and she said £450! I was shocked and upset as she clearly overcharged. The work was not a full head install it was maintenance work plus a little bit of colour £100 at the most. I could only pay £150 which was all I had in my purse and left us short for the rest of the week! We are currently disputing the price and going through trading standard. On another visit for my son to have his hair cut they washed his hair but somehow managed to get him soaking wet from head to toe, then she cut a lump of hair off my sons head as she thought she was holding thinning sisccors but wasn't, she was holding normal ones. As a result my sons hair had to be cut short which for a 14 year old conscious about his looks was quite upsetting as we all were. We've had to be subject to her emails threatening solicitors and demanding the money. We've had to advise that if we get another email from her we will be calling the Police so they can deal with the matter of harresment we also advised TWICE we welcome dialogue from her solicitor. If you use this salon GET A PRICE FIRST!
