Aboid avoid avoid!!!!
This company provided the worst customer service I have ever come across. I chose a local supplier of Stovax (instead of ordering cheaper online) to support local business. The company delivered the item with parts missing and when noticing this upon installation, I called the company to get problem resolved. I expected an apology for supplying an incomplete product, but instead the owner would take no responsibility and blamed it on Stovax and the fact that 'he couldn't check every single stove before selling it' (why not??!!!). He also continuously interrupted me during the conversation, even saying that 'I don't need to listen to you, I know what you are going to say (Really? Must be because a lot of your other customers have called in with the same problem then? Should you not listen and learn??!!). The owner offered to supply the missing parts, but refused to deliver these so we had drive there to pick the items up (Quote:if you don't pick up the items, all I can do is to pick up the stove another day ) (please note that the missing parts were essential to installing the stove! ). The owner is very arrogant and rude and needs to take a basic course in customer service. The fact is that, apart from having to pick up the parts ourselves; the owner DID resolve the problem very quickly, however the rude and angry way he spoke to me throughout the experience was completely unacceptable. If you are wise; avoid this company and order your stove/fireplace elsewhere!

This place seems to have several "identiies". Its in Hedge End. It sells fires of all kinds. Avoid it, in particular any odious Scottish reptile you speak to.

Avoid with all costs!
I had them fit a log burning stove into my house in October 2008, they were more than happy to supply and fit this at the time and take my money! some £1300 but they have failed to supply me a HETAS certificate and also the unit is not working correctly. The glass keeps blackning and it does not seem to give out much heat. I have tried calling them out to no avail, what do I do now as they seem to no longer be in business? Kind Regards, Matthew

Avoid these people
This is a place that sells fireplaces, gas fires and wood burning stoves. They seemed very efficient when we placed the order, but from that point on it was a nightmare. They took a deposit quite happily, then did nothing until we chased them up. All they gave were weak excuses, and they would not accept they were in the wrong by doing nothing. Definitely one to avoid.
