Richard is a product of the products he sells and advises on. Eight years ago he was in a place many men in their fifties find themselves; overweight, poor health, and being told that's the way it is !

Richard fortunately was shown the Herbalife products he now promotes around the world.

The start was far from positive, half hearted at best ! However, because the products just work in feeding the body really well he started to lose the weight. From well overweight with 43" waist trousers, (difficult when you only have a 29½" inside leg), down to a 34" waist thanks to following the weight loss program together with a balanced diet and he has kept it that way for eight years.

He also uses the skin care range nourifusion, that is for normal to dry and normal to oily as our skin changes throughout the year, feeding the skin with good natural nutrition using the exfoliating cream and face masks, washing his hair with Herbalife aloe shampoos and conditioners and now the advanced anti-aging skin care products. His skin is now far healthier and softer that it has been since he was a teenager.
