Heritage Hair and Beauty is a newly Refurbished salon, situated in Bedfont, Feltham. Located Next to the Food and Market Shop.
We are 10 minutes drive from Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 and 5. There is ample Free Parking outside the salon at all times. Our nearest station is Hatton Cross.
All our Therapists are qualified and experienced and we assure you 100% customer satisfaction.

Shockingly bad quality!
Had a pedicure today, administered by the owner, who should not be allowed anywhere near your feet! She spent her whole time trying to talk me into regularly having other treatments by insulting me "You come here for regular facials and it will get rid of your double chin" being just one example. Asked if I wanted nails clipped or shaped - I said both! Hacked at my big toenails with clippers & didn't bother to file the rough edges she created. Didn't shape the nails by cutting a little down the side to prevent ingrown edges, and paid no attention to cuticles. Asked if I preferred razor blade or paddle to remove my dead skin. I said both & she started with the blade but gave up when she couldn't fit it together properly. I've had many pedicures and never once has anyone used the paddle to roughly sand down the top of my feet. When I complained, she said I had hard dead skin which needed to be removed. I said I did underneath but not on top and that it hurt. She refused to stop but said she'd go gentler even though I said I was in pain & didn't want her doing it on the top of my feet! The varnish job is the worst I have ever seen. I didn't spot it while I was in the shop but when I got home I realised she hadn't just painted my nails but the skin all around them. I could've done better myself! The regular woman who does a fantastic pedicure wasn't in today and I'd rather they'd cancelled my appointment rather than let the owner butcher my feet. It's now 6 hours later and the tops of my feet are throbbing with the pain of being sanded heavily. You've lost a customer!
