Absolutely aweful!
How on earth do I, a 77-year-old, arrange delivery of an item for some unknown reason 'held to arrange delivery'-? No telephone number, no means of contact, provided. I cannot drive, the item is too large and heavy. What am I to do: lose £44.00-? Hermes has been terrible in the past, but this is beyond the pale: I fear I shall lose monies I can ill afford. No attempt has been made to deliver the item, for which my wife and I have sacrificed a beautiful day, we might have enjoyed, riding our Mobility Scooters. Is there no redress, no hope of having my item delivered, or of receiving a refund?

Bad service
Hermes delivery must be the worst service ever. Always have problems when ordering stuff online. They never leave a card and say they have tried to come. I had tracking information and now its disappeared says problem with address although had a parcel delivered couplle days before. So annoying when pay for next day delivery and get it a week later. Cant even get hold of them

Poor Service - DO NOT USE
Customer service is rubbish! You can never get through to anyone via telephone, and the chat service is appalling.

Do not use.
Absolute appalling service would recommend. They have stolen my parcel and don't care. Now they say they have tried to deliver twice. I waited in both times not ring on door or card left. Disgrace.

Poor
Herme are useless Never use them to send anything of mine. Supposedly attempted delivery but never even come up the stairs to my flat, didn't even knock on my door or ring the bell, or didn't put a card through my letter box saying anything and I wasted my whole day off waiting for nothing.
