WARNING DON'T USE THIS SERVICE

I must warn anyone looking to use this service that the area manager and a woman by the name of Julie are not to be trusted, staff are puppets of the people above the people above them and take the information at face value and uphold it. My grandaughter went to live here and was promised she could have her beloved pet dog, only when she got there she was threatened and blackmailed into giving up her dog as they refused to let her have the dog for no reason at all, but simply in their opinion even though she has loved and care for her pet for eight years.. their opinion was she wasn't good enough for herself to be good enough for the dog. This was without even giving her the oppertunity to prove what she could do with her beloved friend. They blackmail and threaten constantly by using the dog as emotinal leverage. if she follows their rules she gets nowhere, but if she doesn't then and i quote "It proves she can't look after a dog and therefor can't look after the dog or herself" this was said when they went back on their word and she was upset and acted out fighting for the right to have her dog. This was followed by contant mockery that no wonder she was told she couldn't have the dog ect. She has been fighting three years and has been very strong all the way through, when she finally found this place she was estatic, but i'm here to tell you people every is not as it seems and these so call professionals aren't trustable.
