DON'T USE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I have never had such a bad customer experience as I've had at Hi Tec. They repaired the screen on my Iphone and made such a cock up of the repair, the phone has now short circuited and is beyond repair. This is mainly because they left out bits and screws when replacing the screen. I initially rang up about the problem and was told "what you're telling me is irrelevant" and "how can you prove we even did the repair?" I went in to the shop to try and sort out the issue and was faced with denial again, even after producing the receipt for the original repair. I asked them to cover the cost of a replacement (which wasn't the full cost of a new Iphone, as I purchased a second hand phone) but they've refused. So I now have no option but to go to trading standards and the small claims court. I would advise AVOIDING this shop if you expect any kind of customer service, or if you'd like your Iphone with all the parts intact and actually working..

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
This company is rude by a rude, and nasty man. We asked him to remove viruses and recover our precious family photos. Not only did he lose all our memories - he tried to blame us for it! He said 'oh you should have backed it all up, its not our fault!' What a spineless man to not take responsibility for his own actions. He exploited by lack of computer experience and refused to refund my money, this man is a scam artist! All the employees are rude and ignorant, do not trust these unpleasant people.
