I ordered a bed in store. Due to a change in circumstance I had to cancel. Even though the bed hadnt even been delivered they charged me £180 cancellation fee. This isn't mentioned anywhere in their terms and conditions. My advice would be to shop elsewhere! A classic example of why the High Streets are in decline. Shop online instead.
