oven fitting

We found Hot repairs on Google when our oven packed up.A lady phoned to let us know the electrician had been delayed,and then he rang to let us know he was on his way.Steve was unable to repair it,but said would fit a new one when we had had it delivered.We appreciated the No fix,no fee as had to spend money on a new one The lady in the office was helpful again and Steve returned to install the new oven.We were delighted that he took the old one away and helped to set the clock. It is a refreshing change to find a friendly reliable company and we will certainly be recommending Hot Repairs to our friends. Mr & Mrs K.Willis.
