Terrible Customer services
Such an awful experience dealing with this company. Rude, inflexible, dishonest. The pinnacle of the 'computer says no' generation of customer services. Be fully prepared to work around them because they certainly won't be going out of their way for you. They are far from swift in getting somebody to you, prepare to wait over a week. I cannot stress this enough, use a local friendly appliance repair company instead.
