KickBoxing is a modern Martial Art that can provide confidence, improve fitness and teach self defence. We have classes for different age groups, mixed abilities and cater for all types of student; young or old, fit or ""should be fitter"". We have a class that will suit YOU!!!
We believe martial arts training should be inclusive and accessible to all, not just to the athletes whose goal is to compete in tournaments. However if you goal is to compete in tournaments PUMA hosts a variety of events each and every year. Whatever your goals are, we have classes that will help you realise your full potential, both within Martial Arts and life in general. Whether you want to improve your flexibility, learn self defence skills or just make some new friends, KickBoxing can help you achieve your aspirations. As students progress they develop their Martial Art skills, life skills, social, mental and emotional well being, leading to a calmer more focused attitude and outlook.
Our NEW EDITION to the school is the Little PUMA's martial arts programme which is specifically designed for 4 - 7 years old. These classes challenge and motivate the children, teaching not just basic Martial Art skills but also on developing and encouraging their life skills. We concentrate on key areas such as;

Matrix Martial Arts is affiliated to the Professional Unification of Martial Arts Organisation, one of the most progressive organisations in the country. Class Times We train at Hungerford Leisure Centre on Monday evenings, Thatcham Leisure Centre on Tuesday evenings and Kintbury Leisure Centre on Friday Evenings.
Mondays (Hungerford Leisure Centre) Juniors 5:30pm - 6:30pm Adults 7:00pm - 8.30pm
Tuesdays (Thatcham Leisure Centre) Mixed Class 8pm- 9pm
Fridays (Kintbury Leisure Centre) Little P.U.M.A's 4:30pm - 5:30pm Juniors 5:30 pm - 6:30pm Adults 6.30pm - 8.00pm

Excellent Children Martial Arts from 4yrs - 13yrs
This is a truly excellent school with dedicated and enthusiastic Instructor, and very loyal Assistants. They all demonstrate this Martial Art at the highest level. My children started from the age of 4 and 8 and have benefited enormously in terms of their technical ability, discipline, fitness, co-ordination and confidence. Inspired by my children, I decided to join Matrix Martial Arts at the age of nearly 38 and am still training 3 years later. The school is very welcoming, everyone is so friendly and I would recommend anyone interested in trying out a martial art to have a try and see if is for them - whether there aspirations are simply to get fit or to compete in the numerous national competitions put on by PUMA (Professional Unification of Martial Arts. www.puma-uk.com)

Fitness! Cardio! Stress Relief! Weight Loss! Self Defence!
Each and every class is different, dynamic and full on! The Instructor and assistants are great at teaching Kickboxing plus other Martial Arts styles. Everyone makes you feel comfortable in the KB school environment. The physical training can be tough but essential, it's a great workout & will make you feel refreshed, de-stressed and energized! There are so many benefits to joining this school and I would recommend this KickBoxing School to anyone and everyone, all ages, shapes and sizes!!! X

KickBoxing - Mixed Martial Arts
I joined Matrix nearly two months ago at a very stressful time in my life and found that it has not only relaxed me, but also given me the confidence to do things that I would not have ever done before. I find the training both physical and mentally stimulating, being so much fun it brings me back week after week. The Instructor is great, really supportive, dedicated and is truly 1st class!!!
