I was fortunate enough to have a hypnosis session with Dean, which I found to be a lovely and very positive experience. The questions sent beforehand got me to consider the issue that I wanted to work through. It allowed me to really hone in on it. During the session Dean took time to explain what hypnosis is and isn't. He gauged my understanding of how comfortable I was with the process. For me, he created a safe place for me to open up, relax and get comfortable, so that I could fully engage with the session. Everything was explained without jargon, I fully understood what was about to happen. The actual hypnosis itself was wonderful; I was fully relaxed but felt very involved with what was going on. At no time did I feel out of my depth or out of control. Dean has a very soothing voice that undulated at just the right time. After the he had brought me out of my trance, I was surprised that I couldn't remember the details of the metaphors he used, but I knew that I had just heard them... that was surprising. After the session, Dean checked how I felt, what I experienced and made sure I understood what had just happened. At all times I felt safe in his hands and trusted that something had happened or was happening at a subconscious level. I loved the whole experience. Thank you Dean.
