We all hear people blaming health and safety for lack of fun, ie our kids cant go on a canoe outting because the school said health and safety will not allow it, what they should be saying is that the school is not competent enough to run such a trip because they can not offer to protect your child due to their failings. Lets face it if your child did not come back from a trip you would be very upset. So what is required?
