Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to access the sub-conscious mind in order to help the client to make the necessary changes to their life. Our sub-conscious is the most powerful part of our mind and can have the most dramatic effect over the way we think and feel. I use hypnosis to uncover the issues that keep people 'stuck' in behaviours or feelings that don't work for them in order to move them forward to a happier life.

Counselling

Many people have issues that they have never discussed with anyone, sometimes due to shame, or fear, sometimes just because they think no-one will understand how they are feeling. Counselling enables you to discuss the issues that bother you, no matter how painful or embarrassing they may feel, in an atmosphere of understanding and empathy and safety, in order to help you move forward in your life and leave a lot of excess baggage behind.

Hypnosis for Childbirth

I am a certified hypnotic birthing process practitioner, teaching self-hypnosis, relaxation and breathing techniques to work with childbirth. Birthing mothers who remain calm, confident and in control experience little, or in some cases, no discomfort throughout childbirth. Labour progresses quicker and more efficiently and my ladies learn how to work with their bodies to do what comes naturally!
