Thank you for helping with my weight management, for helping to start the process of shedding weight and moving towards better health once again. When I first consulted you, I was getting to the end of my tether as they say, and was worried that I would no longer be able to lose any weight, but would continue to steadily gain and damage my health further. You listened, and were able to zone in instantly to the areas where I needed help and motivation most, and quickly identified that there may have been other emotional factors involved. As our sessions unfolded you sensitively listened to me, and guided me to let go of some of my emotional baggage, and to explore feelings around my self-esteem that I had not previously considered, and it has been a tremendous success for me to finally let go of things. I know I have a way to go, but you have helped put me on the path and start the journey, and I feel like this is now something within my grasp, and I wanted to thank you for that.
