NO REFUNDS, AVOID
I requested a radio code form this company via their website from my mobile phone and the code received did not work. The company are now refusing to issue me with a refund for the code claiming that my radio information submitted may not have been correct or the radio may have been tampered with. The radio details were 100% accurate and the radio had not been tampered with. I'm not trying to be cheeky the code really didn't work and i had to go to a main dealer to get the correct code for my radio to which i have the invoice for, why would i have that if the supplied code worked? DO NOT go near this company for your codes as if it doesn't work forget getting your money back. Very disappointing and all so they can hang on to my £9.00!
