The Integrated Martial Art System is a complimentary set of traditional martial arts bound together by a common set of principles and concepts. All martial arts require you to use your limbs to attack and defend but unlike IMAS they do not do so in such a way that allows you to listen to and understand your own body and regain the natural athleticism that we were all born with.
