Independence Childcare will find you a nanny by listening carefully to your needs. We meet all nannies, and most families if time permits. Our aim is for you to meet 2 or 3 nannies and get on so well that you then make a job offer which is accepted.

Nanny checking service
Independence Childcare will check a nanny you have found directly as carefully as we would check a nanny we recommend. This service includes ID, childcare qualification, First Aid Certificate, reference checks and an Enhanced CRB check.
