Wokingham Sports Physiotherapy Clinic in conjunction with Injury Clinic Berkshire

We provide the full circle of care, acute post-operative management and cryotherapy techniques, APE (athletic performance enhancement), exercise rehabilitation, pilates reformer training and advise / management of RTP (return to play), running activities. We have access to a wide range of adjunctive therapies. We are open for patients before and after work and will work with you, your GP and your consultant to provide a plan of treatment that will return you to sport and function.

Russell is currently a Chief Medical Officer with Middlesex RFU, works for the Scottish Rugby Union and for Wellington College u16s. He has a wealth of experience working as Lead Physiotherapist for London Scottish Football Club and rowing with Thames Rowing Club as an elderly novice. Having been a weekend warrior himself, he fully understands the demands of daily life and the need for excelling in weekend events.
