Fuzion Systems Ltd was founded on the priciple of: "If it's not fun, it's not worth doing." Having viewed pages and pages of ink-selling websites, the market did not seem fun at all. What better place to start?

Feel free to take a look at some of our competitors sites - pretty bland stuff. No imagination, nothing unique, definitely no fun. We wanted our web pages to reflect our own personalities instead of being 'just another ink selling company online'.

An important part of this is giving customers, and potential customers, the feeling that they can speak to us, just like they would if they physically walked into a shop. We want customers to feel like they know us personally, and that they get on with us, and hopefully visit us again in the future. To that end, we have incorporated on to the site the excellent 'help me' button, which allows people to chat to any one of us that happens to be available at the time. So if you are here anyway, feel free to click on it, let us know what you think, have a chin-wag and invite us round for coffee!

How is it possible that you don't charge VAT or postage?

Of course we do charge VAT, otherwise HM Revenue and Customs would have visited us! And we don't get our post sent out for free either... But what we won't do is promise you a product at £X, and then charge you £Y by adding VAT and postage on after you've clicked on your basket, we think it's a little bit dishonest. So, the price you see on the item is the same price that you will see at the checkout, no little tricks here to fool you into thinking you're getting something cheaper than you actually are. We think we are cheap enough with all the costs included anyway!

What if I can't find products for my printer on your site?

Then you must have a pretty rare printer! No, seriously, buy a new one. Kidding! If you can't find what you're looking for, then click on the "Help Me" button that appears on each page. That's what it's there for after all - we like to chat, and we like to help people, so try out our friendly personal touch and don't be afraid to ask, we're lovely!
