Inner Serenity aims to show you a way to help yourself, at your own speed, to reconnect your mind, body and spirit to bring balance into your life. We can give you the tools needed to achieve this at steps suited to you. We can show you how to quieten your mind, to connect with your physical self as well as your spiritual self and to look at life with a different approach, producing a calmer but stronger you.

We offer Past Life Regression, Angel Card Therapy, Reiki Healing and teaching and Spiritual development in individual sessions as well as classes and workshops.

Welcome

Inner Serenity began in 2002 after I had suffered a debilitating illness. What healed me was Reiki and I decided that I wanted learn all I could about Healing to enable me to help others as I was helped myself. Over the years I have learned other Healing modalities such as Chois, Sound Therapy, and Aromatherapy, as well as hands on therapies such as Reflexology, Massage and Hopi Ear Candling, integrating them all within my practice and teachings, helping others to find their own path to wellness.

About Me

Through my Healing I found that many clients blockages originated from their Past Lives. After qualifying as a Regression Therapist in 2005, I am now able to understand client needs at a deeper level and assist them in moving forward with a clearer view of their life path. By releasing old energy patterns from past lives or from ancestors, one can learn from them and move forward with a clearer vision and a purer heart.

I found that I had a natural gift for seeing the Aura of a person or animal and can clearly identify blockages, thought patterns and negativities which need to be cleared. I use this as a stand alone therapy or within my Healing sessions and Regressions. It is fascinating to watch someones Aura change constantly when they are learning new ideas and to see the 'darkness'' of negativity leave them.

My Services

As an energy worker, I can sense spirits presence and identify if a clearing is needed. I cannot speak to them though and am not a psychic or medium. I have had many successes in dealing with households who suspect that there is a spirit presence within their home and cleared negativity and blockages within both the home and the client.

I have been using Unicorn Cards within my treatments for many years now and this year I had the opportunity to train with the wonderful Doreen Virtue. I am now a fully qualified Angel Card reader and teacher and truly enjoy working with these wonderful beings, integrating them into all work I do and teaching how to communicate with them and work with them in every day life.

My main aim with Inner Serenity is to give you the tools you need to change your own life for the better. I believe that everyone should make their own choices and never be led by another's views. I try to deliver my service as offering guidance which can be taken or left depending on what resonates with you.

I am fully qualified and insured in all my therapies and hold the Kingston Councils Special Treatment license.
