As you know i am INSANITY crazy, the reason for this is INSANITY is more than a physical journey, it's more than 60 days, it's more than 50 minutes in a class, it's a lifestyle change and every bit of a mental challenge as it is physical. it also has opened me up to be surrounded by highly positive people

This class is for everyone so don't be put off by the name or the info commercials you have seen on TV, all moves can be modified, it's all about you, what you can do and how hard you can push yourself. To get fit, come and give it a go the only thing you got to lose is sweat!!!

I have started by committing myself to doing several things this year, both in my physical goals and other achievements.

One of my goals is to take what i have learned to inspire and motivate others to commit whether this is work, fitness or other goals. if we commit to small consistent changes, we succeed.
