Shower Room and Bathroom --- Terrible Job
New Bathroom and New Shower Room - Catalogue of disasters ---- Failure to seal Shower Room walls correctly causing an insurance claim of £3,000 ---- Integral refused to accept claim. Fittings over bath were incorrect which resulted in us never being able to use the shower head. Again refused to replace after many complaints. Faulty toilet in bathroom caused leak into computer room downstairs, causing £1,000 damage. When we complained Mr Duck told us that they do not have an after sales service so once the job was done he did not want to know. Poor service, poor quality goods, poor workmanship and definitely not value for money.
