Each individual is held and supported compassionately within each therapy session, including when they come in as a couple or as a member of a family group.
Francine's aim is to provide her clients with a professional counselling and psychotherapy service using integrative and relational therapy models in a warm, friendly, home based practice.
Qualified and experienced she works to ensure that clients experience a welcoming, confidential and relaxing space within which to talk about their difficulties and work to find a way forward. The service is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client and to work at a pace they feel comfortable with in a supportive, non judgemental, non critical and affirming therapeutic relationship.

Testimonial from 'S'

As a previous client of Into Minds I can fully endorse the excellent services and support provided by Francine Brett.
For me I had reached an impasse in a long term relationship and a work issue at the same time. The breakdown in a long relationship, with a partner I deeply cared for, meant it was no longer working. Our relationship had been under huge stress due to specialist circumstances with my partner's child.
At the same time my work life was becoming increasingly stressful – out of control. The job I had moved to 3 years previously, which involved growing and managing a small company hugely successfully, was significantly changing for the worse. New Directors new ideas – but the wrong ideas. A soul destroying and very stressful situation.
Eventually I reached a point where I knew I needed help of some sort. I wasn't sure exactly what help – just that I needed it.
I plucked up the courage to call Francine and made an appointment. Steadily Francine and I worked through my challenges. It was difficult and very emotional at times, but the support was excellent, and as things slowly began to improve my confidence regained. It was a long journey that in the end took me to a much better life, and a much happier person. I continued to see Francine to explore some more self-related issues and understand why I felt like I did about certain family relationships - some of those questions we all have from our childhood, but never questioned. That helped my at least understand some things more clearly and for some completely re-focused my view on them.
I would recommend Francine to anyone who is mentally struggling in life. We all need extra help at times in our lives. Be brave and take the opportunity, regain the right to YOUR life.
