Worst customer service ever!!

Service is totally laughable!!! I asked for our login details to be updated with our new Archive Admin email address - what do they do? Terminate our online account! I ask for it to be reinstated - they don't even send us the password to login. Finally, I login and order our boxes - they send them to our old address!! They then blame me for the delivery to the wrong address and make me pay for it - no apologies. I'm going to use ReStore (UK) in future. So far they have been 1 million times better.
