Used them for garage clearance, and apart from charging more because of 2 trips they were fine. They also said they do removals, so we got a quote, but on the day they John Wallington was quickly looking for ways to up the cost. They ended up holding our furniture to ransom and he was arguing in the street about having to wait around while we completed. They quoted for a house move so they knew it could mean hanging about. Amazing attitude in this day and age - and this was happy demanding money from a recently widowed pensioner too. I would suggest you get a written quote and a solicitor on hand. I'll be reporting them to the Trading Standards as I have a feeling we aren't the first people they have demanded more money out of the blue.
