At our Plant near Basildon, Essex, England we have a manufacturing facility from where we service the UK with BRITISH designed and built machines whose scope encompasses many areas of the test, assembly and final validation processes.

We also have an experienced Process Engineering and Design Engineering facility capable of integrating complex facilities and manufacturing systems.

J.W.Froehlich UK have recently designed, manufactured and installed our first Engine Hot Test system at Cosworth Technologies, Wellingborough.
For testing a range of Audi engines, the test stands mark the start of a new product line for J.W.Froehlich UK.
Utilising extensive design know how from J.W.Froehlich GmbH, who are Europes leading manufacturer of engine test systems, the new system was engineered and built in our UK factory.
The test stand includes a Brake system to enable the engine to be tested at a wide range of full running loads.

Utilising our latest Patented Mass Flow Leak test Panels the machines overcome many of the traditional problems associated with complex Engine Assembly Leak Detection.

The 2 Machines were designed and manufactured at our Laindon, Essex Factory and delivered recently to Rover Cars in Longbridge, England.
