dECENCY AND HONESTY NOT PART OF THESE FLORISTS' ETHOS!
Asked them to do a bouquet for a colleague that had had a bereavement. 75% of the flowers in the bouquet were wilting. I complained and offered to change it straight away, they knew I was right. It's a shame that even though they knew the reason for the bouquet, they used very poor quality flowers. Instead of £25, it cost me £50, I had to go to another florist after work.
