quick and helpful
My company needed some conference tapes in Japanese transcribed to a very tight deadline, and Japanco were able to deliver to a high standard. Would definitely use them again.

Unpleasant experience
I called the Japanese Conncetion to merely ask whether they do any certified translations for marriage certificates and so on to apply for a visas. To my surprise, the lady at the phone started to lecture me that I had not done my homework on what I need to get translated and told me that this was not a information centre. Then she cut me off by saying that there was a telephone call. I only wanted to know whether they do the certified translations or not. This company seems to do a lot of business with important companies but does not seem to have respect for private customers. It was an unpleasant experience.
