Not the best (by a long, long way)
Tatty, poorly decorated premises. Must have used a naff product (was not told what it was) as my head is still itching 5 days later. No patch test was given....even though I reminded them of this at the time of booking. Treatment took ages. Treated very roughly, with my head being pulled up and down by the hair during washing. Given some drivel about the colour not being true, as the brown would run into the red (foils) and would take a few washes to correct itself. Entire hair line, ears and brow was left stained. The Semi-permanent was supposed to match my true colour, brown, but ended up a jet black. Staff look unprofessionally tatty. Left the salon with a soaking wet and sticky back which was caused by the water and colour being allowed to drip down it. I had decided to try this salon because of a groupon offer. This has put me off using any groupon offer again.

Simply the best experience!
I would give this 10 stars if I could because the customer service was simply exceptional! All of the staff were so friendly and I was offered numerous drinks and snacks while having my hair cut! Not a service I have been offered in any other hairdressers and I have spent three times as much on a haircut and the service was nothing of the sort. My hair was cut just the way I like it and I have only been there twice! I would most definately reccommend the salon and have done to everyone I know, one went and said it was also sensational!! You really must try it, they also have a fish spa which looks very popular.
