Jayne N was in her 40’s when she first came to see me for a Holistic Massage Therapy Session. “As my mother’s condition worsened two years ago I became the main carer for both of my parents. It was a very challenging time for me, especially when my mother passed away six weeks ago. My job is very sedentary and involves a lot of sitting down. I suffer from an aching neck, shoulders and upper back and I have trouble sleeping. After my second Holistic Massage session with Jayne, the pain had receded. It only hurt after driving or working for long periods of time and I felt much looser generally. I stopped taking painkillers because I didn’t have any real pain. Peter B was in his early 70’s when he first came to see me for a Holistic Massage Therapy Session. He had suffered 5 weeks of agonising pain with a trapped nerve and associated disturbed sleep. Despite various medications (including Diazepam and Morphine Sulphate) from his doctors and sessions with a physiotherapist at Cheltenham General Hospital, the pain was unrelenting.
