Terrible experience - avoid at all costs!!!

I had a terrible experience as a customer of Jean Millar and Co. I purchase my Wedding dress, Wedding veil, Petticoat, Tiara, Flower girl and Bridesmaid dresses here. The money I gave to Jean Millar & Co is the biggest regret I have. On reflection the sales people were helpful until I handed over the deposits and one they had the money it went downhill from there. When I went for my dress fitting I asked Maureen to have the material that I wanted the material trimmed off my dress kept because my florist would use it to wrap my flowers and flower girl basket. She promised she would but didn't. I was quite annoyed as my dress was very expensive and had large swaroski crystals and diamates that I paid for which they decided to keep themselves!?! I kept contacting them before my Wedding to enquire about the bridesmaid dresses and flowergirl dresses and they kept fobbing me off saying they would probably arrive soon. This went on for over a month and a half past the due arrival date and they finally said they arrived so I arranged an appointment. When I arrived the salesperson said they weren't there and that they didn't know when they would be so I had a wasted journey. Finally 3 days before my Wedding when I should have been getting prepared for Our big day I had to travel to Jean Millar again to collect the dresses only to discover they had ordered the wrong sizes and the colours didn't match !?! Maureen couldn't have been more unhelpful or rude after taking such a large amount of money and basically told me whats done is done it's not my problem. So I had to rush around looking for a dressmaker to help me and a wonderful lady came to our rescue to save the day. I could have done without all the unnecessary stress in the run up to Our Wedding and the Staff at Jean Millar & Co did nothing to help at all. Once they get your money they don't give two hoots. They don't know the meaning of customer service.
