We thought we should contact you to let you know how impressed we are with the work Tony has done in our home today, he was polite, professional and friendly, answered any questions we had while he worked, and to watch him building up the fireplace to take the fireproof board, before he installed the fire was a pleasure, he paid great attention to detail. Also we must say he left not a speck of mess, or dust when he finished, our front room was left in perfect order, also if anyone were to ask us about getting a new gas fire or fireplace, we would be very happy to recommend your company. We did thank Tony before he left, but please once again thank him for us, it is truly a pleasure to be writing a letter like this, in renews ones confidence in British workmanship, it was like watching a true craftsman at work.

"We recently had an old brick-surround gas fire ripped out and replaced with a real fire in our lounge by Jenkins Fireplaces. They were recommended to us as 'the Rolls-Royce' of fireplace builders by our chimney sweep and he wasn't wrong. " The wooden surround for our fireplace was hand-crafted by Tony Jenkins himself from 300-500 year old french oak and, together with the insert and hearth, the whole thing is absolutely beautiful - a far cry from the ugly and dangerous fire we inherited when we moved into our house recently. We did have cheaper quotes (one wrote his estimate on the back of a fag packet!) but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have been as well built. I'm now wondering how long it'll be before we ask them to replace the gas fire we recently had fitted in the hall by another supplier..."
