New boiler supplied and fitted. New TRV's supplied and fitted. Additional pipe work done. The work was competently and efficiently carried out. Problems during the decommission of the old boiler and installation of the new one were handled well. Kept informed all the way through on progress. Initial estimate accurate in cost and technical requirements. Final cost as per quote. Exposed pipework was polished (yes!) after the job was finished. Small problem after Jerrard left entailed call-back which was dealt with promptly. Highly recommended.

Replace old boiler and 3 radiators. Jericos really pulled out all the stops to get me out of a bad situation. My immersion heater had packed up just before this project was due to start leaving me with no hot water. The immersion heater would be going with the new boiler being fitted. Heating kettles and saucepans of water, showering at my gym was quite grim. The first day on the job Jerrard and Boris worked solidly from 0900 to 2030 just to ensure that I could have hot water and a warm property. They could see how desperate I was getting. Really went above and beyond and are really nice, kind hearted people.
