I have never experienced such shoddy workmanship and rude customer service as with Jewel windows. From an incorrect window, replaced with another incorrect window, to a door and the bifold doors fitted incorrectly. The finishings not put on so we are left with bare steels and no capped boards. Then a promise of correcting it all but they never show up. Still waiting for them to arrive again. Ordered in September for November installation which was delayed until first week of Jan - what should have been a 1 day job still waiting 7 weeks later for them to bother. When we phone the ladies are fine but get the guys and they just fob us off with excuse after excuse. Don't be fooled by their amazing stare rating - something has gone seriously wrong there is recent months.
