Biggest bunch of timewasters in Essex

Had surveys done for cavity wall insulation, 3 months later not a word from JMD solutions regarding a works commencement date, telephoned 3 times, first 2 times was told that they would look into it, and call me back, never happened? called spoke to a lady this time who assured me that they would give me an outcome, and apologised because the company had a lot of sick leave! she never called back, so I emailed them asking why they don't want work? and whether they were ever going to call to commence the work? guess what ? no reply to e mail ! this company is just a waste of time, a word to the wise, be very weary of parting with money until this shower turn up and complete anything! as in my experience, getting them to turn up is a major mission. If I could rate zero and beyond I would !
