The ideal car buying experience
After wasting my time visiting glass fronted used car palaces, lured there by falsely advertised mileages, full service histories etc, I found a car I liked at Joe Ludd. I made an appointment, the car was perfect, he gave me a good trade in value and handled the change over of my private reg for free. He did not try to add the £1000 onto the price with extended warranties, gap insurance, shiny paint covering - claiming it was a requirement of FSA registration. He sold me a straight car in a completely straightforward and honest way. Joe went out of his way to keep this customer happy, and I would definitely buy from him again.
