To be fair the service was good - I was just ripped having been charged for 2 call outs at £100 plus vat each time. They worked quickly. They were on the premises already the first time when I told them that I needed a cartridge to be changed in my shower, they turned on the hot water tap and told me I was correct. That cost me £100 plus vat. I asked them how much it would cost, I was told £80 approximately. They later sent me an invoice for £337.20!

Bad service
They are not professional at all. They came to change a battery and they never came back. And after that they sent us an invoice for £140
