When my alternator packed in late on a Thursday evening with a busy weekend ahead, I had little hope of getting it fixed on Friday. I phoned John at 0850 on Friday, within 10 mins he'd called back to say he had located the part and could do it that day. He came up to the house, got my car going, followed me to the workshop and ran me home. Got a phone call a few hours later to say the car was good to go and he came and picked me up again. Although I didn't shop around for a price, the hassle that this has saved me never mind the cost of a weekend of taxis together with the excellent service means that Im pretty sure the price was spot on. I have another small electrical problem that needs fixed and thecar will be going back to John's Auto Electrix. Good job!
