Unreliable Service
Although prices were reasonable, JP Appliances were absolutely terrible at turning up to appoitments. Depsite me giving them a number to call me on if they had any problems reaching my tenants property, I found that I had to chase them to find out if they had even turned up or not. Eventually, about 5-6 weeks since my first call, my calls stopped being answered, I was unable to leave a message and my emails have been ignored. I have now used another maintenance service and could not be happier with them, especially as they actually call me to update me on progress.

Terrible service
Had an engineer come out to find out the problem with our dishwasher. He was quite helpful and explained the problem. He explained that we would need a new part so we asked him to order the part. Have now waited OVER 2 months for him to come and fix our dishwasher when finally arranged a day for him to come and fix the dishwasher after ringing him asking what time to expect him, he said between 3 and 5 so I waited in most of the day for him to come and he never turned up! tried ringing both numbers on website first no answer then says unavailable no answerphone to leave message a terrible terrible company would not even bother with them.

Washing machine repair
Engineer came out on Saturday afternoon (a day after we called). Replaced the main belt that had come of and gave lots of helpful advice about keeping the machine in top condition. Great service and ver reasonable price. Will use again and would recommend to anyone.

Great value For Money
I wanted a new washing machine so i looked for a smaller company as have been ripped off by some of the larger repair companies in Southampton. I spoke to a very helpful chap called Kevin. He asked me exactly what i wanted and did his best to find a machine for me that suited my needs. He called me back within 30 mins and iam now the proud owner of a Bosch washing machine and JP appliances delivered and installed it for me and took my old one away . Its rare now to get such good honest friendly service and not enough people know about it . I will be using JP appliances now for all my repairs and servicing . Im very happy !!!!

Honest service
The engineer called round within the hour and gave me a honest opinion about my machine . The bearings had gone but then he noticed a split in the door seal . I decided i wanted a new machine and did a bit of shopping around . I tried other companies in the area but JP appliances offered me the best price and delivered and installed for free . Im very happy and will be using this company again !
